Incoterms Seminars

Trading in America – Incoterms® for Domestic Use

 

This full-day seminar covers the domestic use of Incoterms® as a logical replacement for the now-deleted official Uniform Commercial Code shipment and delivery terms.  Revenue recognition under Sarbanes-Oxley of both domestic and international transactions using Incoterms® will also be addressed.

 

Instructors include Margaret M. Gatti, Esq., a business lawyer with over 30 years experience in international trade, corporate, tax and transportation law, and Frank Reynolds, the author of Incoterms® for Americans, who represented the U.S. in the Incoterms® 2000 revision and has conducted over 100 public seminars nationwide on Incoterms® for international use.
