This full-day seminar covers the domestic use of Incoterms® as a logical replacement for the now-deleted official Uniform Commercial Code shipment and delivery terms. Revenue recognition under Sarbanes-Oxley of both domestic and international transactions using Incoterms® will also be addressed. The instructor, Frank Reynolds, represented the U.S. at the International Chamber of Commerce Incoterms® 2000 revision.
