What should you know?
§ U.S. corporations only. Please provide a completed and signed Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification (form W-9 yellow highlighted fields required).
§ All eCOs must be accompanied by a commercial invoice.
§ Additional documentary evidence may be required, e.g., manufacturer’s declaration.
§ We only certify additional documents that support the CO, e.g., packing list, container packing list.
§ Online applications only and online certification only. Sorry, we don’t execute paper-based documents!
