Are Your Exports/Imports CITES Compliant?        

            If your answer is no, not sure, or what is CITES…

 

Then we have a must attend event for you! Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. government agency charged with enforcing the United Nations Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) will be presenting directly to you on May 15, 2013 in honor of World Trade Week.

 

You might not be aware that you are trading in a protected or endangered species:

·         Tortoiseshell

·         Python

·         Crocodile

·         Stingray

·         Shark and

·         Mother of Pearl just to name a few

 

The United States Council for International Business, Jewelers Vigilance Committee and Reed Exhibitions invite you to attend our World Trade Week event to learn about the international CITES regulations compliance and the domestic protection acts, e.g., Endangered Species Act.
