The United States Council for International Business (USCIB) is the National Guaranteeing Association for ATA and TECRO/AIT Carnets in the U.S. Carnet Headquarter is located at 1212 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036.
To better serve its Carnet Holders, the USCIB works with two Service Providers, Roanoke Trade Services and the Corporation for International Business. All Carnet offices can issue a Carnet. For questions related to Carnet Claims, contact HQ.
- East Coast: Boston, Charleston (SC), Miami, New York (2 locations) and Towson (MD)
- Midwest: Chicago (2 locations) and Houston
- West Coast: Long Beach, San Francisco, and Seattle
