OECD Tax Forum

Forum:

Recent OECD Initiatives in International Taxation

Permanent Establishment and Dispute Settlement Procedures

Cosmos Club

Washington, DC

January 13-14, 2005

The work of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on international taxation is increasingly important, especially in such areas as attribution of profits to a permanent establishment and dispute settlement procedures.

The OECD, USCIB and BIAC, in cooperation with several other organizations, hosted a major forum on the OECD’s role in international taxation, January 13-14, 2005, in Washington, D.C.   The event provided an opportunity for U.S. business to interact with key representatives from the OECD’s Center for Tax Policy and Administration (including Jeffrey Owens, John Neighbour and Jacques Sasseville) as well as senior U.S. tax officials.

For more information, contact USCIB Taxation Manager Andrea Fava (212-703-5047 or afava@uscib.org).
