10th Annual Pacific Rim Tax Institute

10th Annual Pacific Rim Tax Institute will be held July 20-21, 2020 at the Pullman Hotel Redwood Shores, CA. The theme will be Pillars of International Business Taxation: Executing and Administering

Session topics will include: OECD’s Pillars I and II: New Profit Allocation, Nexus, Tax Treaties, Minimum Tax, TFDE Study etc.; International Structuring/ Re-Structuring; EU Disclosure Documentation (DAC6); Inter-Government Cooperation; A New World Order? Formulary Approach: Lessons from State Taxation; Transfer Pricing of Hard to Value Intangibles.

Also, High Level Government Tax Officials from Australia, Canada, India, Korea, Singapore (invited) as well as an OECD representative.

Doug O’Donnell, LB&I Commissioner and Pascal Saint-Amans are invited Keynote Speakers.

The conference is co-supported by SVTDG, TEI, USCIB, IFA, IBFD, SF Foreign Tax Club and Stanford University Law School.

15 Hours of CPE/MCLE. To keep the conference informal and impactful, it will be limited to 135 corporate tax directors, managers and tax counsels as well as tax partners, principals, directors and managers. Admission for two day conference $900; Supporter Members $800, including breakfast, lunch and Reception.
