UN Event: Science Technology & Innovation for SDGs Roadmaps

The United Nations will host a “UN75th General Assembly Side Event on Science Technology and Innovation (STI) for SDGs Roadmaps (Science, Technology, and Innovation) Roadmaps for SDGs – achievements and new opportunities” on November 17 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm EST.
Co-organized by DESA (on behalf of IATT), EC/JRC, OECD and Japan, the event will focus on preliminary results and next steps for the finalization of the pilot roadmaps as part of the Global Pilot Programme for STI for SDGs and will present proposals and ideas for the expansion of the Global Pilot Programme. International partnerships and networks to promote and implement STI for SDGs Roadmaps will be discussed during the event.
