USCIB Webinar Series: Updates in International Competition Law and Enforcement

USCIB is launching a new webinar series for 2022 titled “Updates in International Competition Law and Enforcement,” spotlighting antitrust developments in key jurisdictions around the globe. Our first event will be on the competition law and enforcement climate in China held Thursday, January 20 from 8-9am EST. Experts from the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) China national committee, will present on recent developments including, amendments to the antimonopoly law (AML), antitrust enforcement particularly in the digital economy, reorganization of the State Administration for Market Supervision, and direction for enforcement in 2022. Susan Ning, senior partner and head of compliance department of King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing, Dr. Hao Zhan, managing partner at Anjie Law Firm Beijing and ICC Competition Commission regional ambassador to China, and Song Ying, antitrust partner at Anjie Law Firm Beijing, are the guest speakers. There will be ample time for questions from participants.
