Please join us in San Francisco on Thursday, April 28, at 3:00pm PT for the following program:

What Do Clients Want? – Perspectives on Arbitration and ADR from California

ICC returns to California! Join us for an afternoon program featuring a keynote speech by Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, who will share her perspectives on what steps, tools, and innovations should be considered by various stakeholders to better align arbitration and dispute resolution generally, with the needs and expectations of companies in California and elsewhere. Ms.Salomon will also discuss how arbitration in California is perceived internationally and the opportunities that lie ahead for California as a dispute resolution hub.

In response to Ms. Salomon’s keynote, a panel of leading in-house counsel based in California will provide their views on how institutions, arbitrators, and counsel can better adapt to their needs and expectations.

A cocktail reception generously sponsored by Jones Day will immediately follow the program.

Co-organized by USCIB/ICC USA’s Northwest Subcommittee, the event will be held at the offices of Jones Day. Please contact Marek Krasula or Steve Smith if you have any questions about the program.

The full program and registration information can be found here.
