USCIB’s Arbitration Nominations Committee

USCIB is the ICC’s U.S. national committee, and when the ICC Court or the ICC ADR Centre asks us to do so, we propose U.S. nationals with the required qualifications for each case. This process is administered by the USCIB Arbitration Nominations Commission, which interacts with the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration® (“Court”) to enhance the appointment process.

The current members of the USCIB Arbitration Nominations Commission can be found here.
